Cersaie 2021: After two years, #ItsTimeAgain

After being scratched due to the Covid-19 pandemic last year, the Cersaie exhibition will be back from 27 September to 1 October 2021. Ideagroup’s three brands – Idea, Aqua and Disenia – will be showcasing their new products, some of which launched in the past few months and some others never before seen by the public. Here’s what awaits you at Hall 21, Stand A29 B30!

It’s time again to get together physically, look each other in the eyes and discuss thoughts, projects and ideas about anything related to tiles, coverings and furniture for the bathroom. #ItsTimeAgain is the Ideagroup hashtag that will be used throughout the exhibition to introduce the company’s brand new products and also emphasize the long-awaited reopening of the Cersaie exhibition to the public.

My Time and Spazio Time: an exclusive preview of all the latest novelties

Restyling of the  My Time and Spazio Time collections will be presented for the very first time at Cersaie 2021 (hence the hashtag #ItsTimeAgain). Specifically designed for the bathroom and laundry room respectively, both collections will unveil an exciting brand new look. 

The My Time collection will feature new modular solutions designed to cater for evolving requirements in terms of space and style. A wide range of finish options is available: 12 melamine finishes, including cement and wood effect ones, 41 colours in the Ideagroup colour chart and 4 Metal Color finishes.

The Time handle, a distinguishing feature of the collection available in the chromed version from the outset, can now be finished to match the cabinets in any colour from the Ideagroup lacquered chart.
A new, exciting second handle option called Profilo will be presented for the My Time collection. Available in a Brill finish version or lacquered in any colour from the Ideagroup colour chart, it fits along the top edge of doors and drawers and has a distinguishing minimal style.

Spazio Time is the furnishing collection that extends the style and novelties of the My Time collection to the laundry room, with flexible solutions that keep a consistent look throughout the bathroom and laundry room.

Nyù and Sense, at last presented live

So far only presented virtually and on paper, the new livery for the Nyù and Sense collections will finally be presented live to an international audience.

The Sense collection has been recently revamped to include more customization options and expand an already wide range of materials and finishes: 12 colour options for Fenix  NTM, and 8 finishes, plus open-pore lacquered finishes from the Ideagroup colour chart, for sanded Teak. The brand new Duplex Fenix top and Elite semi-inset washbasin broaden the scope of an already extensive collection and allow for maximum creativity. But there’s more to it: the Sense collection has been updated with a new aluminium handle that fits into the top edge of doors and drawers, and a new wall cabinet entirely in aluminium with double-sided mirror fronts and built-in lighting.

A revamped Sense collection: all the new features in detail

The Nyù  collection too has undergone considerable restyling to enhance functionality and expand the range of options. Novelties include original open cabinets that double the storage space, new stoneware and HPL tops with integrated flush-mounted washbasin in mineralsolid, as well as an even wider range of finishes that include new wood-effect HPL for a sophisticated, natural look and feel, and 12 Fenix NTM laminate options.

Not to be missed: Cubik, Dogma, Dolcevita

Ideagroup’s iconic collections will also be on display at Cersaie 2021 with a number of stylish, sophisticated furnishing solutions:

• the Cubik collection has a clean, minimal style with fronts and drawers that close at a  45-degree angle and a vast choice of  textured finishes, including environment-friendly Ecomalta;
• the Dogma collection, which is named after its distinguishing Cristalplant washbasin, is the perfect blend of Scandinavian design and industrial style;
• the Dolcevita collection designed by Riccardo Gava, winner of the ADI Ceramics & Bathroom Design Award in 2017, is distinguished by the iconic wavy design of its sides and fronts.

Disenia: designer bathtubs and shower enclosures

At Cersaie 2021 Ideagroup will complement its bathroom furnishing solutions with the vast range of bathtubs and shower enclosures by Disenia.

The well-known Luce and Easy shower enclosures will be showcased together with the Evo and Brave models, which boast clean, streamlined design. The Evo shower enclosure will be shown in clear glass, and the Brave model will be in extra-clear glass and lacquered in a colour from the Ideagroup colour chart to match the bathroom cabinets for a total-look effect. The Brave shower enclosure features a brand new handle built into the profile of the sliding doors. This solution streamlines its look and expands the opening width: the ideal solution for a compact shower.

The range of shower trays has been extended with an Aquatek version (Half, with a central drain plug), a new Tecnogel version (Dual, finished in any colour from the Ideagroup chart) and two new entries: Sandy, a slim, matt white ceramic shower tray (3cm thick) available in a range of dimensions, and Blade, a stoneware shower tray with matching drain cover.
The Blade stoneware shower tray, which will be showcased in the Piasentina stone version, provides more scope for mixing styles in the bathroom and coordinating the tray with the cabinet tops and radiators.

The Helios line of electric radiators, initially launched in a frosted glass version, will now also be available in a beautiful stoneware effect finish to complete the style of the bathroom.

Soul and Deluxe are the brand new designer bathtubs  that will debut at the exhibition. Soul is a round freestanding bathtub in m-solid available lacquered in any of the colours in the Medioevo finish chart, and Deluxe is an oval bathtub in light Aquatek that will be shown painted matt black on the outside.

Cersaie 2021 will be packed with exciting new ideas by Ideagroup: an inspiration to constantly reinvent the most intimate room in the house so it adapts to the changing needs of modern lifestyles. #ItsTimeAgain: it’s time again to look to the future with enthusiasm, eager to experiment, share experiences and make a brand new start.
